I felt some feebleness in the voice of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and perceived that it was due to hunger; so have you anything with you? She replied in the affirmative When you let loose your trained dog (after a game) and you mention the name of Allah, then eat what it catches for you Allah, the Almighty, held back the elephants from Makkah, but He enabled His Messenger and the believers to conquer it. Fighting in it was not permitted for anybody before me, nor will it be permitted for anybody after me; it was permitted for me only for a short while during the day. Verily, it is from this moment a sanctuary By the One in Whose hand my soul is! I will judge between you according to the Book of Allah. The offspring and sheep will be returned, and your son is to be given one hundred lashes and exiled for one year. O Unays, go to that man's wife tomorrow, and if she admits, then stone her Whoever is attached to something will be entrusted to that thing O Ruwayfi‘, you may live a long life after me; so, inform people that anyone who ties his beard, wears a string around his neck, or cleanse himself with animal dung or with bone, indeed Muhammad has nothing to do with him This (line) represents man, and this (line) represents the end of his life, and while he is as such, the closest line overtakes him On the Day of Resurrection, the Qur'an and its people who acted upon it in the life of this world will be brought forth Soon there will come a time when the best property of a Muslim will be sheep that he will take to the mountaintops This Bedouin took out my sword while I was sleeping and when I woke up, I found the unsheathed sword in his hand and he challenged me saying: Who will save you from me? I said thrice: Allah News about the dispute among the people of Banu ‘Amr ibn ‘Awf reached the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and so he went to them, along with some of his Companions, to effect reconciliation between them The worst lie is when a man claims to have seen something which he has not seen When we enter upon our rulers, we say to them things contrary to what we say when we leave them. He said: We used to consider this hypocrisy during the Prophet's lifetime The one who boasts of receiving what he has not been given is like the one who has put on two garments of falsehood It does not befit the truthful one to frequently curse others Do not curse one another, invoking the curse of Allah or His wrath or the fire of Hell When a person curses something, the curse ascends to heaven and the gates of heaven are closed against it. Then it descends to earth and its gates are closed against it. Then it turns right and left and when it finds no exit it returns to what was cursed if it deserves to be cursed; otherwise it rebounds to the one who uttered it Unload it and set it free, for it is cursed Let the she-camel upon which curse has been invoked not accompany us None spoke in the cradle, except three O Allah, have mercy on those who shaved their heads. They said: And those who shortened their hair, O Messenger of Allah? He said: O Allah, have mercy on those who shaved their heads. They said: And those who shortened their hair, O Messenger of Allah? He said: O Allah, have mercy on those who shaved their heads. They said: And those who shortened their hair, O Messenger of Allah? He said: And those who shortened their hair The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) combined the Maghrib and ‘Ishā' prayers (at Muzdalifah) with one Iqāmah. He did not offer any voluntary prayers in between or after either of them The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) led us in the prayer of fear during some of his battles. One group stood with him, while the other group faced the enemy. He led those with him in one Rak‘ah. This group left, and the other group came. So he led them in the other Rak‘ah. Each performed the Rak‘ah which they missed The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to bring out the young girls and the girls who stay home on the two Eid days, and ordered the menstruating women to distance themselves from the praying area of the Muslims None of you should offer prayer in a single garment that does not cover the shoulders Did the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) asked forgiveness for you? He said: Yes, and for you, and he recited this verse: {And ask forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and believing women} [Sūrat Muhammad: 19] Angels were created from light, Jinn were created from a smokeless flame of fire, and Adam was created from what was described to you Anyone loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him; and anyone dislikes to meet Allah, Allah dislikes to meet him I witnessed the Day of Hunayn with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). Abu Sufyān ibn al-Hārith ibn ‘Abd al-Muttalib and I stuck with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and we did not leave him. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was riding on his white mule Oxus, Jaxartes, Euphrates, and the Nile are all from the rivers of Paradise A number of Hadīths pertaining to the virtue of Dhikr sessions O Allah, forgive my past and future sins, my hidden and apparent sins, my transgression, and the sins that You know of more than I do. You are the One who puts forward and the One who holds back. There is no god but You I stood in prayer one night with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him). He stood up and recited Sūrat al-Baqarah. Whenever he came across a verse mentioning mercy, he stopped and asked (Allah for mercy); and whenever he came across a verse mentioning punishment, he stopped and sought refuge (with Allah from it) My Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without being brought to account or punished. With every thousand there will be (another) seventy thousand, and three handfuls of my Lord The Rahim (kinship ties) is hanging on to the Hujzah of the Most Merciful; He maintains ties with whoever maintains it (the Rahim) and severs ties with whoever severs it Would you not be content if I maintain ties with whoever maintains you, and sever ties with whoever severs you? O Allah, to You I submit, in You I believe, upon You I rely, by Your help I contend with my foes, and to You I refer for judgment. So, forgive me the sins I committed in the past and those I may commit in the future, those I did secretly and those I did openly, and all that which You know of better than I do. There is no god but You Her prescribed waiting period after divorce is over. Propose to her anew The Sirāt will be placed over the center of Hell, covered with thorns similar to the thorns of the Sa‘dān. Then, people will pass over it; some will be safe without any harm, some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell There is no day on which Allah sets free more of His slaves from Fire than the Day of ‘Arafah. He verily draws near, then He boasts about them before the angels saying: What do these people want? Indeed, Allah is the One who fixes prices, the Withholder, the Extender, and the Provider. Indeed, I wish to meet Allah while none of you will have any claim against me for an injustice regarding blood or property Our Lord will reveal His Shin, and then all believers, men and women, will prostrate themselves before Him, but there will remain those who used to prostrate in the worldly life for showing off and gaining good reputation. Such people will try to prostrate (in that situation) but their backs will be as stiff as if it is one bone Verily, Allah, Glorified and Exalted, is characterized by modesty and concealment, and He loves modesty and concealment. Therefore, when any of you bathes, let him conceal himself Allah said: If My slave draws close to Me by a hand-span, I shall draw close to him by a cubit, and if he draws close to Me by a cubit, I shall draw close to him by an outstretched arm span, and if he draws close to Me by an outstretched arm span, I shall hasten towards him Khawlah came to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) complaining about her husband, but I could not hear what she was saying Are you astonished at the jealousy of Sa‘d? I swear by Allah, I am more jealous than him, and Allah is more jealous than me. Because of His jealousy, Allah has prohibited immorality, the apparent and the hidden thereof O Allah, save ʿAyyāsh ibn Abu Rabīʿah. O Allah, save Salamah ibn Hishām. O Allah, save Al-Walīd ibn al-Walīd. O Allah, save the oppressed believers. O Allah, be hard on [the tribe of] Mudar. O Allah, afflict them with years of famine and drought like the years of Yūsuf (Joseph) During the Prophet's lifetime, the moon split into two halves. The mountain covered one half, and the other half was above the mountain. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah, bear witness to this No one, or nothing, is more patient about the offensive statements he hears than Allah. Verily, they ascribe a son to Him, yet He still grants them good health and sustenance Allah has spoken the truth, and your brother's abdomen has lied. Let him drink honey The Hadīth of Abu Sa‘īd depicts some of the scenes of the Day of Judgment, when the believers see Allah, Blessed and Exalted; the "Sirāt" (bridge over Hell), taking anyone in whose heart there is an atom weight of faith out of the Fire, and the intercession Allah creates every maker and what he makes Allah is the Physician. You are only a kind man. The one who heals it is the One who created it The narrative of Mūsa (Moses) (peace be upon him) and Al-Khidr The devil said: By Your Might O Lord, I will continue to misguide Your slaves as long as their souls remain in their bodies. The Lord said: By My Might and My Majesty, I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek forgiveness from Me Fear Allah and keep your wife Beware of the invocations of the oppressed person, for, indeed, they rise to heaven as if they were sparks of fire I saw the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) reciting it and putting his two fingers O Allah, Lord of Jibrīl, Mikha'īl, and Israfil, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, You judge between Your slaves concerning that in which they used to differ. Guide me, by Your permission, to the truth about which people differ. Verily, You guide whom You will to the straight path The Hellfire will keep on saying: Are there anymore (to come), until the Lord of Honor puts His Foot therein. It will then say: I had enough! I had enough! [I swear] by Your Honor, and its sides will come together and it will retreat Paradise and Hell argued with one another. Hell said: I have been assigned the arrogant and the tyrants. Paradise said: Why is it that only the weak, the insignificant, and the simple enter me? Allah says: If My slave intends to do an evil deed, do not write it down until he does it. If he does it, then write it as it is. If he does not do it for My Sake, then write it as a good deed for him Two gardens, the utensils and the contents of which are of silver; two other gardens, the utensils and the contents of which are of gold. Nothing will prevent people from looking at their Lord except the veil of pride over His Face in the Garden of Eden Adam and Mūsa debated with each other. Mūsa said to Adam: "O Adam, you are our father. You did us harm and caused us to get out of Paradise." Adam said to him: "O Mūsa, Allah favored you with His talk (talked to you directly) and He wrote (the Torah) for you with His Own Hand. Do you blame me for an action which Allah had decreed on me forty years before He created me?" So Adam confuted Mūsa, Adam confuted Mūsa A man from the Children of Israel asked another to lend him one thousand dinars People – or he said slaves - will be gathered on the Day of Judgment naked and uncircumcised While the mother of Isma‘īl was breastfeeding her son Isma‘īl, Ibrahīm brought them to a place near the House; under a tree on the spot of Zamzam and the highest place in the Mosque. During those days there was nobody in Makkah nor was there any water The dwellers of Paradise will look at the dwellers of the lofty chambers above them in the same way that you look at a shining star far away on the horizon, in the East or in the West, due to their superiority over one another A place in Paradise as small as a bow is better than all that upon which the sun rises and sets The dwellers of Paradise will see the upper abodes of Paradise as you see the stars in the sky Water is pure and nothing makes it impure The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to take a ritual bath with water left over from Maymūnah (may Allah be pleased with her) Water is not affected by Janābah It is not impure. It is one of those who roam around among you Two kinds of dead meat and two kinds of blood have been made lawful for you. The two kinds of dead meat are fish and locusts, and the two kinds of blood are the liver and spleen If a fly falls into the drink of any one of you, he should dip it (in the drink) and then remove it, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is cure Whatever is cut from an animal while it is alive, then it is dead flesh He who drinks in a vessel (made) of gold or silver has, in fact, swallowed in his stomach fire from Hell Some people of the Quraysh passed by the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) dragging one of their sheep like a donkey (in its size or for its disposal). The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said to them: "Would that you took its skin." They said: "It died a natural death." The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Water and Qarazh (leaves of the mimosa) purify it." Once we traveled with the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). We set out traveling at night until the last part of it. Hence, we (halted at a place) and slept (deeply). There is nothing sweeter than sleep for a traveler in the last part of the night. It was only the heat of the sun that woke us up. The first to wake up was so and so, then so and so, then so and so, and then ‘Umar ibn al-Khattāb That when the cup of the Prophet cracked, he mended the crack with a silver chain The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about making vinegar out of an alcoholic drink. He said: No Indeed, Allah has given everyone deserving a right his due right. So, there is no will for an inheritor. The child belongs to the bed, and the adulterer gets the stone. Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father or (a freed slave) attributes himself to those other than his masters, spurning them, upon him will be the curse of Allah, and no obligatory or supererogatory act of worship will be accepted from him The urine of a girl should be washed, but the urine of a boy should be splashed with water She should scrape it, rub it with water, and wash it, and then she may pray in it It is enough for you to wash the blood, and there is nothing wrong with its mark Were it not that I would cause difficulty for my followers, I would command them to use the tooth-stick with every prayer This is how the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution I saw ‘Ammār ibn Yāsir perform ablution, and he ran his fingers through his beard. It was said to him (or he said: I said to him): Do you run your fingers through your beard? He replied: What is there to prevent me if I have seen the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) run his fingers through his beard? Two-thirds of a Mudd were brought to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and he began rubbing his arm The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was performing ablution; he rinsed his mouth thrice and blew water out of his nose thrice. He then washed his face thrice and his right and left forearms thrice, then he took more water and wiped over his head, and then he washed his feet until he cleaned them The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and passed a wet hand on his forelock, over the turban, and over the two leather socks The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to run the water around his elbows while performing ablution The prayer of a person who does not perform ablution is invalid, and the ablution of a person who does not mention the name of Allah is invalid I saw the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wiping over the top of his leather socks The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an expedition, but they came across cold weather. When they returned to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him), he ordered them to wipe over their turbans and socks During the Prophet's lifetime, the Companions used to wait for the ‘Ishā' prayer so much so their heads were lowered down (by dozing). They would then pray without performing (a new) ablution The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) kissed some of his wives, and then went out for prayer without making ablution Is it not but a piece of him Whoever touches his penis should make ablution He asked: May I pray in the sheepfolds? He replied: Yes. He then asked: May I pray where camels sit? He replied: No The one who washes the dead should take a bath, and the one who carries him should perform ablution It was mentioned in the letter that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) sent to ‘Amr ibn Hazm that no one should touch the Qur'an unless he is pure Verily, the two eyes (when awake) are the string that ties up the anus, but when the two eyes sleep, the string is untied During the battle of Mu'tah, nine swords were broken in my hand, and all that remained with me was a Yemeni sword Fever is from the searing heat of Hell, so cool it off with water ‘Ā'ishah's story with Ibn Az-Zubayr that involved a separation and a vow The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) went out and supplicated for the martyrs of the battle of Uhud eight years after (their death), as if he was bidding farewell to the living and the dead The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) informed us of what was and of what is to come. The most knowledgeable among us is the one who memorized it best The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) ordered to kill geckos, saying: They used to blow into [the fire] on Ibrahīm If anyone kills a gecko in the first strike will have one hundred good deeds recorded for him; and with the second strike lesser than that and with the third strike lesser than that A man said: Indeed, I will give in charity. So he took his charity out and placed it in a thief's hand. Next morning, people were saying: Charity was given to a thief Do you not fear Allah regarding this animal which Allah has placed in your possession? It is complaining to me that you starve it and put it to toil Whenever we stopped at a place for rest, we would not offer any (voluntary) prayer until we unloaded the luggage from the riding animals There is none among you except that his seat in Paradise or in Hell is decreed Allah admits to Paradise any Muslim whose goodness is testified to by four people No woman among you loses three of her children to death except that they will screen her from Hellfire ‘Abdullāh ibn Abi Awfa, while offering the funeral prayer for one of his daughters, recited four Takbīrs, and after the fourth Takbīr, he continued standing for a time equal to an interval between two Takbīrs, praying for her and seeking Allah's forgiveness for her." Then, he said: "The Messenger of Allah used to do so Any Muslim who loses three of his children will not be touched by the Fire except in fulfillment of the oath Any Muslim who loses (to death) three children before reaching puberty will be admitted by Allah into Paradise because of his being merciful to them You praised this, so Paradise has been affirmed for him, and you dispraised this, so Hell has been affirmed for him. You are Allah's witnesses on earth If a man says: People are ruined, he himself will be the most ruined among them all When two people insult each other, the one who started will be the sinner until the oppressed exceeds the limits If you pursue the faults of the Muslims, you will surely corrupt them, or you will nearly corrupt them A man was brought to him, and it was said: This is so-and-so, and his beard is dripping with wine. Thereupon he said: We have been prohibited from spying. However, if we see something evident, we will act upon it It is unlawful for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three (days); so whoever abandons more than three then dies will enter the Hellfire Whoever incites a woman against her husband or a slave against his master is not one of us Whoever forsakes his brother for a year is like shedding his blood Bear in mind, O Abu Mas‘ūd, that Allah has more power over you than you have over this boy. I said: I will never beat a slave ever again I commanded you to burn so-and-so and so-and-so, but no one punishes with fire except Allah. So if you find them, kill them The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) forbade using (live) animals as targets The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) saw a donkey that had been branded on the face. He disapproved of it The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) forbade striking the face and branding on the face I was one of seven sons of Muqarrin, and we had only one female servant. The youngest of us slapped her in the face, so the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to set her free Whoever beats his slave boy or slaps him for something that he has not done, then the expiation for that is to set him free Why do you sit in pathways? Avoid sitting in pathways The son of Adam has been destined his share of fornication, which he will inevitably acquire. The eyes fornicate by looking, the ears fornicate by listening, the tongue fornicates by speaking, the hand fornicates by hitting, the foot fornicates by stepping. The heart loves and wishes. The genitals prove or disapprove that The first to be judged on the Day of Judgment is a man who was martyred. He will be brought and Allah will remind him of His favor [upon him], which he will recognize. Allah will say: What did you do as a token of gratitude for that favor? He will say: I fought for Your sake until I was martyred What do you think of a man who does a good deed and people praise him for it? He said: That is instant good news for the believer The sanctity of the wives of the Mujāhids for those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their own mothers Shave it all or leave it all If the strap of the sandal of one of you breaks, let him not walk in the other sandal until he fixes it The Jews and Christians do not dye (their grey hair), so do the opposite of what they do Change this and avoid black Do not weep for my brother after this day Do not pluck out grey hair, for it is the light of the Muslim on the Day of Judgment The children of Israel were ruined when their women started using this No one dies and they stand over him crying and saying, 'O what a great man he was! O how respectful he was,' except that two angels are appointed for him to poke him, saying: Were you like that? Cover the vessels, fasten the waterskins, close the doors, and extinguish the lamps, for, indeed, the devil does not loosen waterskins, nor open doors, nor uncover vessels An-Nu‘mān ibn Bashīr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: ‘Abdullāh ibn Rawāhah (may Allah be pleased with him) fell down unconscious, so his sister started crying. She said: "O my mountain! O so-and-so!" and went on calling him by his good qualities one by one. When he came to his senses, he said: "Whenever you said something, I was asked: 'Are you really so?'" The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) did not believe in evil omens Among the matters in respect of which we gave the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) the pledge not to disobey him in any goodness was that we should not scratch our faces, bewail, tear our clothes up, or dishevel our hair (in grief) Do not keep the fire burning in your homes when you go to bed O people, he who knows about something, let him say it. And he who does not know should say: Allah knows best. It is part and parcel of knowledge that a man who does not know something should say: Allah knows best The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a man wears his shoes while standing The bell is the musical instrument of the Satan Those who make these images will be tortured on the Day of Resurrection. It will be said to them: Bring to life what you have created A man announced (the loss of his camel) in the mosque, saying out loud: Has any one seen the red camel? Upon this the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: May you not find it! The mosques are only built for the purpose they are built If you had been from this city, I would have inflicted pain on you. You raise your voices in the Prophet's Mosque O people, you eat two plants that I only find offensive: onion and garlic The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) forbade Hibwah (a sitting position) on Friday while the Imām is delivering the sermon O Allah, I ask You for its good and the good of what is in it and the good of the purpose for which it was sent; and I seek Your refuge from its evil and the evil of what is in it and the evil of the purpose for which it was sent The wind is from the blessings of Allah. It brings mercy, and it brings punishment. When you see it, do not swear at it, but ask Allah for its goodness and seek Allah's refuge from its evil Beware of excessive swearing (by Allah) in sale transactions, for it sells (the goods) then erases (the blessing) Do not curse the rooster, for indeed it awakens (people) for prayer Do not curse the fever, for it removes the sins of the children of Adam the same way the bellows remove the impurities of iron Do not call a hypocrite a master, for if he is a master, you will have angered your Almighty Lord Verily, if one of you insists on fulfilling an oath by which he may harm his family that is more sinful in the sight of Allah, the Almighty, than breaking the oath and paying the (oath-breaking) expiation that Allah imposed Whoever swears saying: "I have nothing to do with Islam," if he is lying, then he will be as he said: and if he is telling the truth, his Islam will be defective They should not do so. The Prophet's wives would refrain (from prayer) for forty days during postpartum bleeding, and the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) would not command them to complete the prayers abandoned during that period This is something that Allah has ordained for the daughters of Adam. So, do everything the pilgrim does, but do not make Tawāf around the Ka‘bah until you are pure The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was reported to have said concerning a man who engages in sexual intercourse with his wife during her menses: Let him give one dinar or half a dinar in charity Among the Jews, whenever a woman had her menstruation, they would neither eat with her nor associate with her in their houses O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who experiences a heavy prolonged flow of menstrual blood, so what do you think about it? It has prevented me from praying and fasting. He said: I suggest that you use cotton, for it eliminates (the traces of) blood. She replied: It is too copious for that Glory be to Allah, this comes from the devil. Let her sit in a washtub, and if she sees yellowness on top of the water, she has to take a bath once for the Zhuhr and ‘Asr prayers and another bath for the Maghrib and ‘Ishā' prayers and a third bath for the Fajr prayer, and she may perform ablution in between that (if she needs to) They killed him, may Allah kill them! Why had they not asked when they did not know? The cure for ignorance is inquiry. It would have been enough for him to perform Tayammum and to press – or bind – a cloth over his wound then wipe with wet hands over it and wash the rest of his body You have followed the Sunnah and your (first) prayer was enough for you Clean earth is ablution for the Muslim, even up to ten years. Then when if you find water, wash your skin with it, for that is better I have been granted victory by means of awe (cast in the hearts of the enemies), I have been given the keys of the earth, I have been named Ahmad, the earth was made for me a means of purification, and my nation has been made the best of nations We have been preferred over others by three (privileges): Our rows are like the rows of the angels, the whole earth is for us a place to pray and its dust is for us a means to purify ourselves with if we do not find water I used to take a bath with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) from Janābah using a single water container in which we dipped our hands alternately It is sufficient for you to pour three handfuls of water on your head then pour water all over yourself, and you will be purified I poured water for the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) to take a ritual bath When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) took a ritual bath to remove Janābah, he would start by washing his hands. Then he would pour water with his right hand over his left hand to wash his private parts. Then he would make ablution like that he would make for his prayer If any of you has sexual intercourse with his wife and then wished to have intercourse again, then let him perform ablution between the two times Whoever performs ablution on Friday, that is good, and whoever takes a bath has done what is better Man's discharge (i. e. semen) is thick and white, and the discharge (vaginal fluid) of a woman is thin and yellow, and the resemblance (of the child) comes from the one that dominates or precedes O Messenger of Allah, if a man parts from his wife suddenly (during sexual intercourse) without discharging semen, what will he be required to do? The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is water (seminal discharge) that makes water (ritual bath) obligatory Beware of (smearing yourselves with) urine, because it is the main cause of punishment in the grave Beware of the two things that provoke cursing. They said: O Messenger of Allah, what are those two things which provoke cursing? He said: The one who relieves himself on people’s roads or in their shade Once a dog was moving around a well, and it was about to die from thirst. When a prostitute from Children of Israel saw it, she removed her shoe, filled it with water, and gave it to the dog to drink. She was forgiven for that Kikh, kikh! Throw it! Don't you know that we do not eat from charity? The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) commanded licking the fingers and the dish (after eating), and he said: You do not know in which portion the blessing lies Time has completed its cycle and has returned to its state when Allah created the heavens and the earth. A year consists of twelve months, of which four are sacred; three of them are consecutive: Dhu al-Qi‘dah, Dhu al-Hijjah, Muharram, and Rajab of Mudar When a disbeliever does a good deed, he is rewarded for it in this world. As to the believer, Allah, the Almighty, saves his good deeds to reward him in the Hereafter and provides him with sustenance in this life as a reward for his obedience If you fast three days of the month, then fast the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth When the call to prayer is announced, the devil takes to his heels and breaks wind with noise so as not to hear the call May the fasting people break their fast in your house, and may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels ask forgiveness and mercy for you Did the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) fast three days of each month?
