1. Islam is built on five - 2 ملاحظة 2. Whoever of you sees something evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able, then with his tongue; and if he is not able, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith - 4 ملاحظة 3. He who does good in Islam will not be punished for what he did during jāhiliyyah, and he who commits evil in Islam will be punished for the previous and later deeds 4. Do you think that if I perform the obligatory payers, fast Ramadan, treat the lawful as lawful, and treat the unlawful as unlawful, 5. Purity is half of faith, al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah) fills the Scale, and subhān Allah wa al-hamdulillāh (glory and praise be to Allah) fills what is between the heavens and the earth - 2 ملاحظة 6. Lo! Soon a Hadīth from me will be conveyed to a man, while he is reclining on his couch, and he says: ‘Between us and you is Allah’s Book - 6 ملاحظة 7. Allah's right upon His servants is that they should worship Him and associate no partners with Him. And the right of the servants upon Allah is that He should not punish whoever associates no partners with Him 8. Whoever dies while not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise, and whoever dies while associating anything with Allah will enter Hellfire 9. tell me something about Islam regarding which I can ask none but you. He (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: I believe in Allah, then remain steadfast - 2 ملاحظة 10. Indeed, Allah will distinguish a man from my Ummah before all of creation on the Day of Judgment 11. When Allah created Paradise and Hellfire, He sent Jibrīl (Gabriel) (peace be upon him) 12. Allah decreed the destinies of the creatures fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth 13. I advise you to fear Allah and to hear and obey, even if an Abyssinian slave. You will see after me great discord. So, hold fast to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided Caliphs - 6 ملاحظة 14. When the Muezzin (the caller to prayer) says, 'Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar 15. Whoever forgets a prayer should perform it as soon as he remembers it; there is no expiation for it except that 16. What stands between a man and polytheism and disbelief is the abandonment of the prayers 17. The covenant between us and them is prayer; so, whoever abandons it has disbelieved - 2 ملاحظة 18. Allah Almighty said: 'I have divided prayer between Myself and My servant into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for 19. O Messenger of Allah, I left no minor or major sin without committing it." He said: "Do you not testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah? 20. for he did not ever say: My Lord, forgive my sins on the Day of Judgment 21. Do you know what your Lord has said?" They replied: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "He has said: 'Some of My servants have entered the morning as believers in Me and some as disbelievers 22. We find within ourselves thoughts that one of us would find too grave to talk about." He said: "Have you experienced that?" They said: 'Yes'. He said: "That is the clear faith 23. praise be to Allah Who reduced his plotting to whispering 24. Satan comes to one of you and says, 'Who created such and such, and who created such and such', until he says: 'Who created your Lord?' If a person experiences this, he should seek refuge with Allah and desist from that - 2 ملاحظة 25. Actions are of six types and people are of four: two imperatives, one and its equal reward, one good deed with ten times as much reward, and one good deed with a seven-hundred-fold reward 26. Allah does not wrong a believer in a good deed; he will be given on account of it in this world and will be rewarded for it in the Hereafter 27. You have embraced Islam along with your past good deeds 28. Allah loves that His dispensations be taken as He loves that His obligations be observed 29. The hypocrite is like a ewe which goes to and fro between two flocks: going once to one and another time to the other 30. Verily, faith wears out within one of you as a shirt becomes worn out; so, ask Allah to renew faith in your hearts 31. Among the portents of the Hour is that knowledge will be taken away, ignorance will prevail, adultery will spread, drinking alcohol will be common, and men will decrease in number while women will increase so much that for fifty women there will only be one man to look after them 32. The Hour will not be established until a man would pass by the grave of another man and say: 'I wish I were in his place.' 33. The Hour will not come until you fight the Jews: until the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say: O Muslim, this is a Jew behind me; kill him 34. By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, the son of Mary will soon descend among you as a just judge. He will break the cross, kill the pig, and abolish Jizyah (protection tax imposed on non-Muslims living under Muslim rule), and the wealth will be abundant to such an extent that no one will accept it 35. The Hour will not come until the sun rises from the west, and when it rises and people see it, they will all believe 36. The Hour will not be established until the time is shortened 37. Allah will grab the earth and roll up the heavens in His right Hand, then, He will say: 'I am the King. Where are the kings of the earth?' 38. My Cistern takes a month's journey to cross it. Its water is whiter than milk, its smell is nicer than musk, - 2 ملاحظة 39. I will be at the Cistern so that I see who among you will come to me. But some people will be barred from reaching me. Thereupon, I will say: 'O Lord, they belong to me and my Ummah 40. By the One in Whose Hand the soul of Muhammad is, its vessels will outnumber the stars in the sky and its planets 41. Death will be brought forward in the shape of a black and white ram - 2 ملاحظة 42. Your fire is a one-seventieth part of Hellfire 43. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) related to us, and he is the truthful and the trusted one; he said: "The creation of each one of you is brought together in his mother's womb for forty days and forty nights - 4 ملاحظة 44. Everything is decreed, even incapacity and capacity, or capacity and incapacity 45. If Allah decreed that someone should die in a certain land, He makes for him a reason to go there 46. Whoever tells a lie about me intentionally, let him take his seat in Hellfire - 8 ملاحظة 47. I am Dimām ibn Tha‘labah, from the brothers of Banu Sa‘d ibn Bakr 48. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned something and said: "That will be at the time when knowledge disappears 49. Neither believe nor disbelieve the People of the Book but say: {We believe in Allah and what has been sent down to us 50. Do not seek knowledge in order to show off in front of the scholars, or to argue with the foolish; - 2 ملاحظة 51. Allah has given a parable: a straight path 52. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) received divine revelation at the age of forty - 4 ملاحظة 53. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) did not know where Surahs were to be separated until "In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful" was revealed to him 54. Would any one of you like to find three large, fat, pregnant she-camels when he returns to his family? 55. It will be said to the one devoted to the Qur’an: Read, ascend, and recite with deliberation as you used to recite in the world. Your rank will be at the last verse you recite - 4 ملاحظة 56. He who recites the Qur’an openly is like he who gives charity openly, and he who recites the Qur’an secretly is like he who gives charity secretly 57. they would listen to ten verses from the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) and not move to the next ten verses until they learned the knowledge and application contained therein 58. O Abu al-Mundhir, do you know which verse of Allah's Book that you have is the greatest?" I said: "{Allah: none has the right to be worshiped except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining...} [Surat al-Baqarah: 255]." Thereupon, he struck me on the chest and said: "May knowledge be pleasant for you, O Abu al-Mundhir! - 10 ملاحظة 59. When the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) went to bed every night, he would join his palms together and blow into them and recite the Surahs al-Ikhlās, al-Falaq, and an-Nās, 60. The Jews incurred Allah's wrath, and the Christians went astray 61. If you see those who follow the ambiguous verses, they are those whom Allah has named; so, beware of them 62. There is no man who commits a sin, then gets up and performs Tahārah (ritual purification), then performs prayer, then seeks forgiveness from Allah, except that Allah forgives him 63. The extent to which they betrayed you, disobeyed you, and lied to you will be measured against how much you punish them 64. Is He Who is able to make them walk on their feet not able enough to make them walk upon their faces on the Day of Resurrection? 65. Say 'there is no god but Allah', and I will testify for you by it on the Day of Judgment 66. What you say and invite people to is indeed good. If only you could tell us whether there is an expiation for what we did 67. Go and say to him: You are not from the people of Hellfire but from the people of Paradise 68. O people, verily Allah has removed the arrogance of jāhiliyyah from you and their boastfulness about their forefathers - 2 ملاحظة 69. {Then, on that Day, you will definitely be questioned about your worldly pleasures.} 70. There will be in the latter time of my Ummah people who will narrate what neither you nor your fathers have heard. Beware of them - 2 ملاحظة 71. Write down; for by the One in Whose Hand my soul is, nothing comes out of it except the truth - 2 ملاحظة 72. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ablution upon every prayer 73. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution by washing the body parts once 74. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution by washing the body parts twice 75. If one of you feels something in his stomach and doubts whether he released some wind or not, he should not leave the mosque unless he hears a sound or smells an odor 76. It is due upon every Muslim to bathe for one day every seven days, in which he should wash his head and body 77. I came to the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) with the intention of embracing Islam. He commanded me to take a bath with water and the leaves of a lote tree 78. When you hear the Muezzin, say what he says and then invoke Allah's blessings upon me - 6 ملاحظة 79. He who builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him the like of it in Paradise.' 80. A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque 81. When anyone of you enters the mosque, let him offer two Rak‘ahs before he sits down 82. When any of you enters the mosque, let him say: 'Allahumma iftah li abwāba rahmatik' (O Allah, open for me the gates of Your mercy). And when he leaves, let him say: 'Allahumma inni as’aluka min fadlik' (O Allah, I ask You of Your bounty) 83. 'O Bilāl, call the Iqāmah for the prayer; give us comfort by it.' 84. O people, I only did this so that you can follow my example and learn my prayer.' 85. 'When you pray, straighten your rows and let one of you lead in prayer, and when he says takbīr, say takbīr 86. By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, I am the closest among you to the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). Such was his prayer until he departed this world 87. The worst of thieves among people is the one who steals his prayer." He said: "How does he steal his prayer?" He said: "He does not perform its Rukū‘ or prostration perfectly 88. When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) raised his back from Rukū‘ (bowing), he would say: "Sami‘a allāhu liman hamidah - 2 ملاحظة 89. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) used to say after every obligatory prayer 90. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to say between the two prostrations: "Rabbi ighfir li, rabbi ighfir li" (My Lord, forgive me; my Lord, forgive me) 91. That is Satan who is known as Khinzab. If you perceive his effect, seek refuge with Allah from him and spit three times to your left
