Hadith: The best Jihad is to speak a word of justice to an oppressive ruler
عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ -صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم- قَالَ: «أفضل الجهاد كلمة عَدْلٍ عند سُلْطَانٍ جَائِر».

Abu Sa‘īd al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best Jihad is to speak a word of justice to an oppressive ruler."
Sahih/Authentic. - [Ibn Maajah]
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) explains in this Hadīth that the greatest way through which a person can strive in the cause of Allah is to speak a word of truth in the presence of an oppressive ruler, since that word could be a reason for that ruler to take revenge on him or inflict harm upon him.
