Hadith: He who is deprived of gentleness is deprived of all goodness
«مَنْ يُحْرَمِ الرِّفْقَ يُحْرَمِ الْخَيْرَ».

Jarīr ibn ‘Abdullāh (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He who is deprived of gentleness is deprived of all goodness."
Sahih/Authentic. - [Muslim]
This Hadīth encourages Muslims to be gentle and kind in all affairs, and indicates that those who are violent and harsh are deprived of goodness in their actions.
