‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, I seek refuge with You from being overcome by debts, overcome by enemies, and from my enemies' gloating over my misfortune."
Sahih/Authentic. - [An-Nasaa’i]
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) sought refuge and protection with Allah from the burden and trouble of debts that could not be repaid; from the victory, dominance, and control of his enemies over him; and from the happiness and delight of his enemies at his afflictions and misfortunes in his body, family, or wealth.
