‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: “O Allah, I seek refuge in you from withholding of Your favor, the decline of my well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all what displeases You"
Sahih/Authentic. - [Muslim]

Explanation

This is a great supplication in which the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in you from withholding of your favor," meaning: I depend on You and turn to You to save me from having Your blessings withheld from me. "… decline of my well-being," meaning: transforming my prosperity into poverty, sickness, or the like. Here he asks Allah to keep him safe from all harmful things in this world and the next. "… suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You," meaning: we also seek Your protection against Your sudden punishment (for our sins). And he ended the supplication seeking refuge in Allah from all that displease Him.
