Abu Sa‘īd al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Let not the fear of people prevent any man among you from speaking the truth when he sees it or knows it."
[Authentic hadith] - [Narrated by At-Termedhy & Ibn Majah & Ahmad] - [Musnad Ahmad - 11403]
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) addressed his Companions, and among the advice he gave was that a Muslim should not be deterred by the fear or power of people from speaking the truth or commanding it when he sees or knows it.
