Hadith: Allah does not look at a man who approaches a man or a woman anally

عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «لا ينظر الله إلى رجل أَتَى رجلًا أو امرأةً في دُبُرٍ».

Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: ''Allah does not look at a man who approaches a man or a woman anally.''

Explanation

This Hadīth indicates the prohibition of a man committing sodomy; having anal intercourse with a man or with a woman, whether she is his wife or not. The punishment of this act is that Allah does not look at either of them with divine mercy and compassion, because they have both committed one of the gravest major sins and due to the evil consequences of their act.
