Verily, the lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear Purity is half of faith, al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah) fills the Scale, and subhān Allah wa al-hamdulillāh (glory and praise be to Allah) fills what is between the heavens and the earth tell me something about Islam regarding which I can ask none but you. He (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: I believe in Allah, then remain steadfast The believer, man or woman, will continue to be tested with regard to his own self, children, and property until they meet Allah, the Almighty, without any sins in their record How wonderful the affair of the believer is! Indeed, all of his affairs are good for him. This is for none but the believer. If something good happens to him, he is grateful to Allah, which is good for him. And if something bad happens to him, he has patience, which is good for him Be in this world as if you are a stranger or a wayfarer Do not envy one another, do not raise prices by overbidding against one another, do not hate one another, do not turn your backs on each other, and do not undercut one another in trade; but be, O slaves of Allah, as brothers The one who is afraid (of the pillage of the enemy) sets out in the early part of the night, and the one who sets out early will reach his destination. Verily, the commodity of Allah is precious. Verily, the commodity of Allah is Paradise There are two blessings in which many people incur loss: health and free time The Hour will not be established until a man would pass by the grave of another man and say: 'I wish I were in his place.' The extent to which they betrayed you, disobeyed you, and lied to you will be measured against how much you punish them You indulge in such actions that are less significant in your eyes than a hair, while we used to consider them destructive sins during the Prophet’s lifetime If Allah willed to do good to His slave, He expedites his punishment in the life of this world, and if He willed to do ill to His slave, He withholds the punishment for his sins until He comes with all his sins on the Day of Resurrection Look at those who are below you, and do not look at those who are above you, for that is more likely to hold you back from belittling the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon you This (line) represents man, and this (line) represents the end of his life, and while he is as such, the closest line overtakes him I asked the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) about the sudden glance so he said: Avert your gaze
