So let no one of you spit in the direction of prayer, but only to his left or under his feet What is the matter with some people who raise their eyes towards the sky during their prayer? He went on, using a strict language: They must refrain from that action, or else their sights will certainly be snatched away The worst of thieves is the one who steals his prayer ‘Ā'ishah used to hate that one keeps his hands on his flanks (while praying).
